FYSE Launches Online Database for Youth-led Startups
Posted January 16th, 2010The Foundation for Youth Social Entrepreneurship (FYSE) just launched an online database providing young people with information on where to get support to start their own ventures, including a list of courses, workshops, and training sessions on entrepreneurship and business plan competitions. The data base will be extended in the coming months to include interviews, podcasts, and videos with leading entrepreneurs in the Asia Pacific region to provide knowledge and expertise to young startups. FYSE is a regional organization focusing on building an entrepreneurial environment for young people in Asia. Our programs the Paragon fellowship and the annual Paragon conference provide unique platforms to identify, nurture and connect the most inspiring young social changeleaders and entrepreneurs in Asia to drive real change in their communities.
Sparkseed's Social Innovation Fellowship Applications are Open!

Sparkseed is a non-profit organization that supports the next generation of social entrepreneurs. Over the past two years, Sparkseed has provided over $100,000 in seed money, pro-bono consulting, mentoring, and skills-training to 50 social innovators across the United States.

The Sprout journey offers a chance to learn more about community-focused project management, apply your knowledge and skills, interact with an international learning community of youth and an opportunity to turn your idea into reality. Sprout also pairs participants with experienced e-mentors of all ages who provide inter-generational support, encouragement and insight through the Sprout journey. What are you waiting for?
